Windows 10: Blue screen on laptop camera after I installed win10

Hi!

I have Fujitsu Lifebook UH552, after I do upgrade from Win7 to Win10, camera on my laptop has a blue screen (see image bellow)





What can it be?

Can't log in after Win10 upgrade.

I have installed win10 and reached the blue screen asking for my password which is not accepted although it works on other devices. |I cannot escape the blue screen even after powering down and re-powering, it goes straight to the blue screen. There is no
way I have any control over this laptop now and I have lost everything until win10 is persuaded to accept my password.

Your livechat is unhelpful, just leaves me with a link to this page. Not happy

So i just want to update my laptop to win10 from win8.After a while i stuck at a blue screen ( screen with blue color as it background) with a word saying "keep your pc plugged in until this is done installing update 60 of 111..." its been like this for
7hours and i need to use my laptop asap.Is the update still going? Or is it an error? Thanks
