Windows 10: Blue screen on Lenovo

Hi, Ik found a similiar problem on this forum to which I think I need the same solution. Whenever I use my lenovo laptop, at various times with different intensities of using it sometimes freezes and within a minute or two shows me this screen see photo. I found minidump files to which I tried to make a shared folder as I saw in the other problem, but the access gets denied eventhough im the administrator. I hope you can tell me what to do now because it's so frustrating. Thanks in advance
