Windows 10: Blue Screen on Shutdown

Discus and support Blue Screen on Shutdown in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Hi so I was shutting down my PC for tonight when all the sudden I got a blue screen.     Blue Screen on Shutdown


    Hi so I was shutting down my PC for tonight when all the sudden I got a blue screen. So I ran Who Crashed on reboot and I got this error.


    nt_wrong_symbols.sys KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

    I was able to successfully able to shutdown a second time with no issue. Oddly when I was shutting it down the first time it said it was getting my updates ready for windows and then it crashed. Which is odd since I restarted back on Tuesday when the last monthly update happened.

    I did download some drivers from device manager, though mainly an Ethernet driver and a Monitor driver but that was after the Tuesday update and I didn't restart then, could that have caused it?

    Does it crash and reboot (typically you'll see this as a sudden black or blue screen followed by a reboot), or does it do a graceful shutdown with the typical "Shutdown in progress..." screen?

    I upgraded from 8.1 and its licence and activated.

    Yes but due to multiple problems including internet connection in laptop after updates i cant update my laptop.

    Yes I copied all my relevant data from my laptop before clean installation. Still I have one old recovery data is available but its not working.

    After update I got Window Activation fails with error code of 0x803F70001 (does not have valid digital entitlement) I am so scared and tried may time to get read out of it but no one worked on it.

    I gone to service center and and explained again to them and they did some thing but again some other error come up and after one day same previous error
    of 0x803F70001.

    Now What to do???

    My window activation fails.
