  1. Blue screen on WIFI

This is an on going problem with my laptop. I haven't download ANY virus. However, A blue screen accurse whenever I'm on WIFI. I tried deleting the WIFI adapter on my computer and that didn't work. I tried resetting my network on my computer and that didn't work either. I am not on a LAN Adapter, I am always on wireless WIFI. The blue screen stop code always says "REFRENCE BY POINTER" even though I only have my wireless mouse connected. Is there any way to fix this? This is my device information.Processor IntelR CoreTM i3-8145U CPU @ 2.10GHz 2.30 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB 7.88 GB usable

    :)
