Windows 10: Blue screen on Windows 10

Around about May time my windows 10 on my desktop went blue screen.

Nothing and I mean nothing I do is able to bring this back so far and am getting ready to lob the desktop.

I have access to the hardrive separately, I have created a usb recovery.

Running the recovery takes me to the 'enter product key' which I don't have as it was the upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10. So it states 'press I don't have a product key' and goes nowhere.

I think the epic games 3.5 update for finite that my son had loaded up was approx the same time.

The only benefit so far is he can't play fortnite on the pc so far.

Can anyone advise or help
