Windows 10: Blue screen only, edge showing but no wifi

Hello everyone. I am being puzzled, and very, very frsutrsted w this situation. My laptop was running extremly slow when trying to download/transfer pictures from my iphone to my windows10 laptop, and i have the icloud app downlosded for windows so it was transferring them to there. I also had photoshop open so i could save the images as another format type so I could open them anywhere w/o any issues. And ik photoshop already makes the laptop run pretty slow when its open, and the fact that i was trying to transfer pictures which there were quite a lot, well over 1,000! so ik it was already going to be running extremely slow. So i went into task manager, and being the imoatient person I am, i didnt want to research a whole bunch of things abt which tasks are ok to end, and wont mess up or corrupt your laptop. So this was clearly a bad decsion if mine because apprently ive ended a task abt a half hr ago, and its sitting at a blue screen, the microsoft edge browser is open, but it doesnt work because there is absoluty nkothing st the bottom of the screen. No task bar, no task bar options, no side bar on the right screen that includes things abt the notficstions, then theres the diff display settings, tablet mode, dim light “night light mode,” etc..., no wifi like I mentioned. So ik its obvious that one of the tasks I ended just ended everything snd ive been trying to run tasks over and over again for abt a hr now to find out which one it is so i can get everything back to normal, but I havent figured it out which one it is at all. And its beginnig to beckome very frustrating and extremely worrysome.
