    Blue Screen only when downloading games from Epic Games Launcher Hi, I’ve been facing a very specific BSOD issue and I hope someone can help.My PC crashes with a KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR blue screen only when downloading games from the Epic Games Launcher for example, Dead by Daylight. However, this doesn’t happen with Steam or Riot. I successfully downloaded and played Resident Evil 4 Remake and League of Legends with no issues.Here’s what I’ve tried:Completely reinstalled Windows both Windows 10 and 11.Ran chkdsk, sfc /scannow, and other disk checks — no major issues found.No third-party

    My PC blue screens when downloading games using EPIC games launcher.

    I have been battling issues with my Epic Games Launcher downloading games. I haven't changed anything in the system when these issues started occurring. I have followed all of the suggestions from EPIC with no resolution.

    When I am downloading games in the launcher, at some point during the install or update process my PC Blue screens.

    The timing seems to be random and the errors vary.

    Most common:

    SYSTEM_TREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (what failed: bcmwl63a.sys)

    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

    Once:

    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

    I have collected several log files and DX Diag files, and even epic launcher debug logs.

    I would love some help to resolve this issue. I don't think it is a HW issue, but at this point I'm willing to retry scandisks, memory checks, etc. which didn't show anything wrong.

    I hope someone out there can help me through this.

    I am happy to collect any debug logs, dump files, etc.
