Windows 10: Blue Screen PC shut down: LiveKernelEvent?

I have been dealing with this issue since my computer was built. I have been trying to find information. I have looked in Windows Reliability Monitor now at crashes and a keyword popping up is "LiveKernelEvent." Here is a shot of the last crash:I am trying to test the memory via MemTest86, but this computer isn't detecting USB flash drives for some reason so that's another question I made on here that I am trying to get to the bottom to. But my searching online has lead towards others with similar issues trying to make sure their ram is OK, which I bought brand new and have 64gb of accidently
