Windows 10: Blue Screen probably after windows update.

I got a Blue Screen today. I was on YouTube through Chrome browser. I have windows 11. Updated from Windows 10 in October 2023 I got windows update notification 2 days back. There was an update for Nvidia graphics card. I went ahead with the update as I have not faced any issues with the same. This is the first time I got the blue screen. It came and laptop restarted immediately. Everything happened within seconds. I couldn't read the error code. After restarting laptop is working fine. What precautions should I take to present BSOD I future.

Blue screen error in windows10 (probably after update)

• My windows starts normally. But after 45-60 min (no fixed time), a blue screen appears and shows - "Your PC ran in a problem and needs to restart. We are collecting some error info and will restart for you...100% ".

And then, it restarts automatically. This problem appears probably after update. After update, some apps (including Microsoft store ) were crashed too.

• I have scanned PC with Windows defender and Microsoft Safety Scanner but nothing was found.
• I tried to search solution on internet. Many suggested backing up cofiguration files (DEFAULT,SAM, SECURITY, SOFTWARE, SYSTEM files) from folder RegBack through cmd prompt.

But, i could not access to directry of C: drive. It never enter into config folder





Please tell me any solution.
