    HiGood morningI am having trouble using my notebook because the computer freezes and then gives a blue screen. I've been doing some tests stressing the RAM but I can't find the problem.     would like to know more about the issue. Please clarify the following:

    • Did you get a STOP code?
    • Did you install any hardware or driver recently?
