Windows 10: Blue Screen "PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED" & "HARD DRIVE DISK ERROR 3F0"

My HP All in One PC won't stop crashing. Sometimes it will run for hours, and sometimes it won't event boot to windows. I've updated all the drivers, and BIOS and run SFC and DISM scans. I've also checked both hard drives via Windows Tools for errors, and everything comes back fine. I noticed today, during a crash, that first a blue screen pops up with the PROCESS1... error and then after a few seconds, a new blue screen pops up with the 3F0 error. Is there a way to maybe record what is happening just before the computer crashes, and then upload that somewhere for someone to analyze?

Hard Disk (3F0)

Hello, I am using the Hp laptop and getting this error message.

"Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk (3F0)"

I have checked the hard disk it by attaching the hard disk as a USB with another computer, I properly show the files.

Please help me out.
