Windows 10: Blue screen system service exception dxgkrnl.sys error message

Laptop went off suddenly a few days ago showing system service exception dxgkrnl.sys,kept going off and then eventually was able to start in safe mode after several attempts. Few hours later I was able to run in normal mode without issues . Used it for a few days without the blue screen showing up again, even installed an update. However the same issue has occurred again and I can’t seem to even start up in safe mode. Still showing the same blue screen error. I’ve ran system scan with command prompt , no issues detected. Any help would be greatly appreciated

i got an blue screen crash when i do some browsing and when i playing a game

as the subject say the blue screen says the error cause is SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION Netio. sys

and i dont know how to fix this and thats why maybe if someone who know or already encountered this problem and fix it can tell me how to fix this

my laptop type are ASUS ROG G501VW-FY173T

I have been using Rapport for years and never had a blue screen.

The dump files shows a problem with RapportCerberus64_1930247.sys.

Found a similar error here: Blue Screen Error and the solution was to uninstall Rapport.
