Windows 10: Blue Screen System Service Exception x6va067

Hello,


Im having an issues before this bsod,

first i got runtime error c++ library blablabla abnormal program termination, then i tried to find solution on the internet but its no use

then i go use cc cleaner to clean registry

when its done everytime i try to play game but the computer just got blue screen and it said bla bla bla System Service Exception x6va067

the game using xtrap as the gameguard,

i already try to use system file checker, chkdsk, using verifier this one i dont recommend because it can cause pc failed to boot , i did this

updating driver , scanning malware using malwarebyte , but still useless.

when i use safe mode in order to disable the verifier the game i tried to launch it and the xtrap detect TextShaping.dll but my computer didnt go in blue screen state, once i back to normal boot i tried to looking that dll, it was microsoft coorporation so i decide to ignore it
