    Hello all,I got the first BSoD a few days ago when I began matchmaking in a game. The app and launcher seemed to work fine; I am even able to be in the lobby of the game without it crashing. It happens every time I begin matchmaking in the game. Then, it also started occasionally crashing during everyday tasks and when downloading files. The stop code is SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and what failed is the amdacpbus.sys.I would prefer not to do a system recovery. I also can't even access the minidump files because it crashes immediately just when trying to open that file. I noticed there was also a

    first of all thanks for your advice.

    ma'am i have applied both options

    the first one of reinstallation of graphic driver.

    and troubleshoot the blue screen errors.

    but again when i play thee game assassin's creed revelation,it

    caused

    system_service_exception(dxgmms2.sys)
    and restarted the system.

    is this error is due to the pc game i'm playing or some conflicts in the driver.

    please suggest some more options.
