Windows 10: Blue screen uncorrectable error

My laptop is in blue screen uncorrectable error and when i try to fix after shutting down twice the screen is getting stuck before this my laptops drivers had been malfunctioning and the back is a bit broken how do i fix the blue screen

Blue Screen WHEA uncorrectable error

So I purchased a Dell Inspiron laptop direct from Dell in February--withing 2 months I got the blue screen with the WHEA uncorrectable error--When I contacted Dell I got nowhere--even paid the 99 dollars to correct software (per Dell) still getting blue
screen---Dell says its a Microsoft problem --Please help--I am a mental health counselor and bought it to work with clients during the pandemic.--
