Windows 10 crashed and now stuck in restart loop with a blue screen


Hey guys, I am hoping you can help me. Last night I was watching a dvd on my desktop when all of a sudden a blue screen came up with a frowning face and said that "Your computer ran into a problem and needs to restart, its collecting info and will restart." It happened quickly so I didn't see what the error was but now my PC is stuck in a loop where it restarts and loads into an empty blue screen. It stays on that blue screen for a minute or so and then restarts again. I tried going into my BIOS or starting in safe mode but my PC won't go into them. Can I fix this?

 

Restart loop

I have not installed updates - just attempted to start my computer after 2-3 weeks of not using.

It starts with a blue screen: "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll do this for you"

Then it opens a black screen of "preparing automatic repair"

It is stuck in a loop between these two screens and there seems nothing I can do to stop this. This computer runs windows 10.

Suggestions?

 

my teacher's computer is stuck in a restart loop

hey my teacher/coach's school computer (dell optiplex gx150) is stuck in a restart loop. When it boots up it will make it to the windows os load screen and then restart. i already tried all the settings in the F5 menu and none of them worked it just restarts again.

p.s. I also see a blue screen flash on and off the screen b4 it shuts itself down and starts again.

i need some major help on how to diagnose and fix the problem.
