Windows 10: Blue screen vicious circle - Windows 11

After installing Windows 11 on my HP Envy 17, I began noticing issues no Defender or Malwarebytes active - and I could not make them active, for starters, which resulted in a blue screen and constant circle back to not being able to restore or load Windows. Immediately prior to the blue screen, I had tried activating those protections, even trying to reinstall MWB but received error messages.Then, I was trying to transfer pics from my phone to my laptop which was allowed in W10 via usb cable and ended up on a page that had a list of drivers that needed to be updated.
