Windows 10: Blue Screen when my laptop wakes from sleep

This doesn't happen all the time, but it does sometimes. I just installed a fresh copy of Windows on my laptop to see if it would fix the issue. I installed all the drivers as well. It seems to be a bit better but I had a Blue Screen once.I don't know how to find that error message again.I'm using a Dell Inspiron 7591 with 16GB of RAM and a GTX 1050 running Windows 10 Home 22H2.

Steps to that cause this problem:

• Allowing windows to sleep.
• Waking once, logging in.
• Allowing it to sleep once more.
• Wait for some time like 2 hours.
• Try to login again.

After all these steps my laptop Dell Vostro 3546, stops responding on the login screen, no inputs will be taken and then Blue screens by saying Critical_Store_Exception. I have collected some crash dumps and posted it here: CrashDumps.

Blue Screen View says that the BSOD happened because of something went wrong with the ntoskrnl.exe, address ntoskrnl+142760, file version of ntoskrnl.exe is "10.0.10586.306 (th2_release_sec.160422-1850)".

 

Windows 10 Laptop fails to wake from sleep

I have an ASUS laptop which is running Windows 10. Starting around July / August of this year, my laptop fails to resume from sleep mode occasionally. After waking from sleep, I either get a black screen and nothing. Black screen and auto reboot after ~30 seconds, or Black screen and Blue screen after ~30 seconds. In all cases, fans spin up.

When I get a blue screen, the error is "VIDEO MEMORY MANAGEMENT INTERNAL". The screen goes away after ~15 seconds and the system auto reboots and everything is fine until the next wake from sleep. The odd thing is it only happens during some wakes, not all. In all cases, closing the laptop lid always leads to errors on wake. I noticed when I manually enter sleep mode from the power menu and wake it using the keyboard / mouse, it leads to [higher] successful wakes.

I have narrowed down the problem to some type of graphics issue. I have intel integrated graphics as well as an Nvidea GTX 1650 Ti. Recently, I tried disabling the intel graphics and that seemed to work but sleep mode disappears and I can't seem to enable it from the power menu. After every wake failure, I run sfc /scannow and it always results in finding and fixing errors.

I am running Windows 10 Home 10.0.19045 Build 19045

Both graphics have the latest drivers.

What would be the next steps?

Does it only happen when waking up the computer from sleep?

To check for possible causes of this issue, we suggest you to run Power Troubleshooter. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Troubleshooting.
• On the left side, click View all.
• Click Power.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

If the issue still persists, you may update the Chipset driver from the device manufacturer.
