Windows 10: Blue Screen When Open Microsoft Office after 2004 Update

Hello!

I updated my Windows 10 from 1909 to 2004 few days ago. It fixes my previous problem, like I can't open Personalization & Display Settings from right click command prompt popped up, and dissapear. But yesterday, when I open Discord I got a Blue Screen. The other apps running well. But today, when I open these apps:

• Microsoft Office 2019 Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Zoom Meeting
• Discord

I got a Blue Screen. The Blue Screen comes without a code, so I can't search it on internet. This is what I doing to fix this Blue Screen but didn't work.

1. Troubleshooting the Word run compatibility for Windows 8

If I open other app like Chrome, it's running well.

Blue screen

Hi Rahul,

I understand that you running Windows 1909 & the suggested above option is part of version 2004 so I suggest you update your windows to the latest build version 2004 which will resolve your blue screen issue, please follow the below instructions to the update
Windows to version 2004 manually.

Latest Windows Feature Pack 2004 update manually steps:

Step: 1

Open the link below

Step 2:

Click Update which will download the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant

Step 3:

Run the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant & then click Update now.

Step 4: It will start downloading the update and also shows the percentage of download.

The 2004 Feature update should not change your Office licence version, and if you have AutoSave, that does seem to have happened . . .

Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

Go to Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office

What version(s) of Office do you find there?

Open Word, then go to File - Account

What Microsoft Office licence(s) do you find listed there?
