    Blue Screen when remove .tmp.drivedownload from Onedrive


    Hi, I was trying to move some files in Onedrive. But this file ".tmp.drivedownload" was not allowing, so I delete, then occurred the blue screen, I did not see the code because the image was damaged.

    I used to use google drive for that folder. I still have googledrive on my computer to have access to shared files, but I no longer use it in the folder where ".tmp.drivedownload" is. Now the laptop just stays in the BIOS and saying it's "Preparing Automatic Repair" (I don't know if the English version of windows is this message)

    That's it.

    Windows version 2004.

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts
