Windows 10: Blue screen when shutting down or restart?

I just finished installing cumulative update for this month and needed to restart. I got blue screen right after I click restart button and I got a distorted blue screen image like this. Startup Blue Screen

• Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
• Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
