Windows 10: blue screen when update the video card gt 9500

hello i get blue screen it says "tdr video failure" when i update my video card nvidia gt 9500 and then restart itself immediately before "welcom" i can't opening the pc only in safe mode i updated the video card from nvidia official website how could that happen? on windows 10 and the driver is full compatible with my video card the version,windows...etc would someone help me if he knows? and thanks

sd card problem with videos
