Windows 10: Blue screen while updating from Windows 10 1809 to 1909

Hello,


Last week I've noticed a message in windows update saying the following: you're currently running a version of windows that's nearing to end of support" in windows 10?


So I've clicked check for updates and it said my computer is up to date, which is already kind of strange? So I downloaded the windows 10 updateassistent and checked again using the assistent. Then it said that there was a updatefrom 1809 currrently to 1909. So I started downloading, then updating and everything seemed to go well.


Then the suddenly a blue screen appeared saying the following:


Stopcode: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

What failed: Aksfridge.sys


I have absolutely no idea what to do now. I find a lot of almost same problems but they don't seem to work.


Using sfc \scannow it did say there where some corrupted files and made a logbook but I was hoping this would have fixed the problem.


Somebody has the answer for me?

Windows 10 update 1909

Hey,

I've just clean installed windows 10. It is build 1803.

Today awesome 1909 have launched. I want to update to 1909 but in settings it is showing me option to upgrade to 1809. My friend told me I have to upgrade to 1809, then 1903 and then finally 1909.

I want to directly upgrade to 1909 without going through intermediate steps. How can I do this?
