Windows 10: Blue Screen will not take my PW

Communicated yesterday with tech advisor, just wondering if anybody else has seen this problem and still can't access my laptop.As usual Windows updated at the wrong time, despite my not requesting the update, first thing Monday AM, when I needed to use it.I let update run, over a half hour.Then, instead of starting up it went into "clean up" which stayed at 0% for an hour.Finally I pulled the battery. When I started back up, computer went into repairing mode which did not work.Went to blue screen which gave me option of restart or advanced.Restarted three times same result.Advanced requires
