Windows 10: Blue screen Windows 10

My barely 10 day old new Windows 10 machine suddenly started getting blue screen while in use with stopcode exception not handled and the bsod. Tech support couldn't fix it even with reinstall of OP concluding it was corrupted and needed replacing He tried to do remote install bsod kept popping up causing upload to fail...So how do l get Microsoft to get me new copy to upload? I have support case # with info that l need a new copy.of windows!
