Windows 10: BLUE SCREEN WINDOWS 10

I WAS USING MY DELL LAPTOP WINDOWS 10 AND INSERTED MY HARD DRIVEIT DIDNT CONSIST OF ANY VIRUS AS IT WAS USED BY ME ONLY ON MY DEVICE AND OPENED GOOGLE CHROME BUT IT DIDNT OPEN SO I PRESSED IT MANY TIMES BUT THEN TOO IT DIDNT OPEN, SO I JUST CLOSED MY SCREEN OF LAPTOP TWO TIMES AND SUDDENLY WHEN I OPENED IT THERE WAS BLUE SCREEN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FIXED BUT AFTER 100% IT DIDNT WENT FURTHER INSTEAD OF MY WAITING. IT SHOWS THIS ERROR PLEASE TELL ME HOW DO I REMOVE THIS WITHOUT ANY LOSS OF MY DATA AND QUICKLY. PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
