Windows 10: Blue screen with Barcode in side.

My screen when Blue with a barcode showing in the side. Tried everything, reinstalling the window, again reinstalling the window with erasing all my personal data but issue still exist.

My pc crashes to the blue screen where the barcode leads to a suggestion where I update my windows 7, but I have the windows 10. So idk why it keeps crashing or how to fix it
