Windows 10: Blue screen with no consistency. How can no one figure this out?

I cannot figure out how to fix this and it's been plaguing me for a year now. It happens at completely random times and I cannot replicate it. I've taken it to MicroCenter to have them have a look at it and they said they were unable to make it blue screen. I get home and it blue screens within 10 minutes of booting up. It will be fine for 48hours and then blue screen twice in an hour. I'm at a loss and don't know what to do.

Startup Blue Screen
