Windows 10: Blue screen with Unexpected store exception, Kernel data inpage error, critical process died

I have a 1.5 year old custom built pc which has been experiencing blue screens seemingly at random,. This error randomly started a few months ago and occurs without warning. The system freezes for 5 seconds and crashes, dump files used to be initially generated but it has stopped generating recently even with automatic dump file creation enabled. I have tried sfc chkdsk dism and memory diagnostics, which all showed no issues. I reinstalled windows 3 times with the problem still persisting. Specs: xpg gammix 500gb ssdIntel core i716gb ramIf you can assist it would be a big help for me

Winows10 - Unexpected Store Exception & Critical Process Died

I'm using Windows10. My PC got blue screen often with the following error messages:

" Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.

Stop Code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED

or some time Stop Code: UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION

How to resolve the above issue?

I'm getting the above error often.

I upgraded my PC to a Samsung SSD and ever since i have been getting blue screens of death randomly with the 2 error messages Critical Process Died and Unexpected Store Exception. I posted all my dump files to onedrive and they can be found at the below

Critical process died and unexpected store exceptions

Hello,

I've been having issues with getting both critical process died and unexpected store exceptions that cause a BSOD. Occasionally the unexpected store exception will cause a "Boot device not found" upon restart, which is fixed upon another restart. The critical
process died is a more recent development (within the past 3 days or so, whereas the other error has been about a week) but has become constant as off the past hour or so. I've been diagnosing and trying to solve this with no luck so far. I found a post detailing
a similar error on this site and it suggested that this is best fixed on an individual basis by looking at the relevant files on my computer (Redirecting)

Things I've tried are: looking at the health of my hard drive using CrystalDiskInfo (says it's good), checking drivers for updates and updating if needed, updating to the most recent version of windows, changing power settings, and a few other small things.
Any help would be much appreciated.
