    Blue screen with Video_TDR_Failure on Windows 10


    Blue screen with Video_TDR_Failure.
    Windows reported the following errors: LiveKernelEven code 117, 193, 141, and also 1b0.

    This happens every time I try installing/updating my Nvidia GPU driver.

    Windows crashes, and I find it difficult to boot again, because Windows is not able to load and needs to repair.


    Could you please help ?

    The Video_TDR_Failure error may have been caused by an incompatible display driver. Since you mentioned that you already updated the graphics card driver, we suggest performing the steps provided on this

    Hi Guys

    I’ve Recently bought a PC from a friend and installed Windows 10 directly. After installing Windows everything was fine when all of a sudden it blue screens and the code VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (nvlddmkm.sys) pops up. It happens randomly during the day then
    I have to restart it. Can you please help me diagnose the problem?

    - Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 220

    - Windows 10 64-bit

    - 4Gig Ram

    - Intel® Core™ 2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz

    - 500 GB HDD
