Windows 10: blue screen

hello I have a problem with my computer, sometimes it crashes, some of these times the blue screen appears with written hardware error with errors LiveKernelEvent 124 and 141 sometimes it remains totally blocked and I have to restart it manually from the power button, what could I do?
