Windows 10: blue screen

I tried restarting the computer with the auto repair, restarting my computer with my personal files, opening the computer in safe mode, but the computer was unable to repair the issue. I tried sc /scannow and chkdsk /r and the computer did not find any issues. The start repair diagnosis reported unknown bugcheck: bugcheck ef. parameters = 0xffffd08112ed5080, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0.


Do you have any suggestions on tests or what the error means?
