Windows 10: Blue Screen!

This issue is giving me a headache. I reformatted my pc 2 times and it worked fine but every time when there is an update or when I'm being asked to backup this problem will occur. I don't want to upgrade to windows 11 nor reformate my pc again and redownload all the stuff I have. Plus an update is failed 0x80070643. Any idea what is the solution? Thanks.
