Windows 10: Blue Screen

I cannot get into my computer. I have backed up all my files, format my hard drive back to factory, tried to reinstall back to the computer with no luck. One person said my operating system may be the program. Only thing is, I cannot locate my original disk to reinstall. What can I do? Windows 10 is what I currently have. Please help!
