Windows 10: Blue Screen

Hello, I sometimes like for example 2 times in a month get a blue screen mostly and basically the only reason is written there and that is ''kernel-mode heap corruption'' Can I ask how can i fix this issue so i dont get the blue screen? Its mostly when i start a video or start recording.
