Windows 10: Blue screen

Was wondering if someone could help me out with a blue screen. Reliability monitor says a hardware fault. The computer will randomly crash and 90% of the time when it goes to sleep i have to force it to shut down and start it back up to use it. Any help will be much appreciated thanks.
