Windows 10: blue screen

Good morning,

For the last year , I have been getting blue screens and automatic reboots at least once a week

Always the same error message: POWER DRIVER STATUS FAILURE

My RCA tablet model W101_V2 is very up to date

I have Windows 10 family v1909 exact version 18363.836 , basic language English US with french language pack on top

The company RCA is not willing to help me on this

Any clue ?

Startup Blue Screen

We would like to know some information:

• Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
• Have you tried booting in Safe mode?

Blue Screen of Deaths on a Daily

I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks
