Windows 10: blue screen

Hey! I'm an entrepreneur and I have Win10 on my work computer and I usually use cloud based CRM to control sales, and when I went to this site my firewall asked me a question, I clicked "allow me to go to the site" and a blue screen came out. Can you tell me why? My antivirus is Kaspersky the latest version.
