Windows 10: Blue screen

Hello i bought new AUSU vivobook s14 .

Its been 2 months

Iam facing few of the issues with the laptop

1. After every 30 minutes screen says locking on bluescreen and shutsdown by itself

2. Battery doesn't charge when laptop is switched on and charger plugged in and remains constant , but it charges when laptop is shutdown


3. At last now it shoes BCD FILE MISSING error

And it doesnt doesnt let me open laptop and it gets struck at blue screen


Do any of the above correspond to hardware issue or all of them r just software problems

If taken to service center how much time do they take to resolve them
