Windows 10: blue screen

I have blue screen after update....It tells me my computer needs repaired...I got there by holding start for 10 seconds then stop and again holding down start until windows try to load then stop and again the same thing only when you start its supposed to take you to recovery....Well it does that then press f8 for options...The only option I would be interested in would be safe mode.....I press that and it don't work so I press all 9 options and none work (useless)....Some time ago I had the same problem with my other computer and one of the options was "troubleshoot" which allowed me to work my way into settings and from there I solved the problem....I have windows 10 but I do not know the version,sorry.I have listed the system specs...I sure hope you can help me get to "troubleshoot) or some way to fix this problem..Thanks.
