Windows 10: Blue Screen

Now this happened twice with me, when i start my dekstop it lags and then suddenly on start screen it shows the blue screen with the code of IIRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I don;t know what problem cause this thing to my system. My Desktop specs are here -:Intel I5-9400f8GB Ram1660 Super Graphic cardWD Blue HDDMaxtor SSDP.S. -: There is no overclocking on my system.
