Windows 10: Blue SCreen

Hello, I am getting random reboots with a blue screen.Error is Critical system structure TCIP then something else but went to fast for me to catch what it was,I updated all drivers, looked at the network drives when I googled the error and made sure they were up to date.I scanned with chk disk, and few other things that I was told to do when I googled this error message.Any help please, really do not want to do a complete restore.
