Windows 10: Blue Screen

Hello, I was trying to format a flash driver from 64 to 32 and apparently I made the mistake of downloading a software called MiniToolPartitionWizard which prompted me to restart the computer, resulting in a blue screen of death right after... I logged in in safe mode, and after attempting a system Restore, it failed, claiming that it could not extract the file C:\Windows32\umpnpmgr.dll .... An unspecified error occurred during System Restore. 0x8007025d I went to System32 and located the file and I clicked "test" and it stated: "The specified buffer contains ill-formed data. I'm lost as to
