Windows 10: Blue screen

I've been trying to this problem for a while now. I haven't needed this laptop for many months, so I just set it aside. Now I need it again and still can't get it working. It started after an update, and since I've tried all troubleshooting steps I've found online, I want to just reset the whole thing. Problem is that it isn't letting me do that, either. Can anyone help?
