Windows 10: Blue screen

Hi,I'm having massive issues with my laptop after pressing restart. There was a problem with the Bluetooth missing so I clicked check for update. It said update already checked no new update. I went to restart in the hopes it reinstall the Bluetooth software. Instead it gave me an immediate blue screen. Now it will only give me blue screen, try to fix itself, blue screen again, restart, go into automatic recovery. I'm am not able to use most of the functions in the automatic recovery. It will not allow me to delete all files and reset laptop. No matter what option I chose. It will not allow
