Windows 10: Blue Screen

I have a Blue Screen and I cannot get into my computer because the screen is blank. I have tried all of the Automatic repair functions but nothing. A message comes up saying BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO. In the command prompt section the message there is X:\windows\system32> can anyone help please.
