    Hi, I encountered a blue screen and normally, it takes a short time for it to restart. This time though, it took quite some time about 20 minutes as well as the percent to restart staying at 0%. I tried calling support to give them my stop code but I just ran into an AI that wouldn't send me to support and only offered me a link for help.microsoft.com. The link sent me to a page saying, "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/xx-xx/home/contact?" on this server. How the heck can we get help from actual humans if the info AIs give us don't even work or do anything?!?! Please help.

    Is there not a Microsoft support number I can call about an issue that occurs like this next time to get to a human representative that will actually assist instead of getting stuck with an AI that doesn't do anything useful?

    Okay, what does overclocking mean? How do I restore to the defaults? How do I still reach out to Microsoft support through phone if I need to, which was my original question which seems to be what you're avoiding. Is it because you don't have an answer for that? Why have you still not answered my question to you comment about the community? What is the average time to be experiencing the blue screen and what is the longest time it's stayed there? What if it doesn't go away? What do I do then?
