Windows 10: Blue screens and Black screens

Hello i wanted to ask how can i remove blue and black screens? I have a gaming laptop and i think my gpu died i have 2 one is amd ryzen other is gtx 1660ti and if i install newest drivers on gtx it shows me error code 32 which means drivers is bad but its newest? how can i remove this so pc can work only on amd ryzen with no crashes?

Screen goes blue / black on start of atitool

i tried 0.26 and the new beta but its the same... if i start atitool the screen immidiately goes blue or black and i have to reboot... the computer doesnt really hang but the screen seems to be lost.
any suggestions? i dont have any other programs running, i dont even want to OC my card i just want to have control over the fan speed, i have a x1800xt btw.
