Windows 10: Blue screens and device not going into sleep mode DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 9f A driver...

My HP Laptop HP Spectre x360 - 15t-ch000 has issues going into sleep mode takes too long, around 1 minute, or might just fail to sleep and restart instead, and occasionally gives bluescreens with this error: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 9f A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time.Minidump:Microsoft R Windows Debugger Version 10.0.22621.3233 AMD64Copyright c Microsoft Corporation. Blue Screen of Death - DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)

My computer started crashing with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f).

I analyzed the dump files but cannot resolve which driver is resulting in this error. I also used google but not many errors of this type seem to occur and I was not able to find any with this specific driver.

I hoped someone could clear this up for me.
