    Blue Screens - Troubleshooting Help


    Hi all,


    I've been experiencing blue screens lately, which typically occur while gaming not specific, various games. Sometimes right away, sometimes a while into playing.


    I performed a system restore, which seemed to help for a few days. I also tried moving my game files to a different drive, no help. I ensured I don't have any new external devices plugged in, and did try running with only my mouse/keyboard dongle plugged into USB, no help. Video driver and .NET framework is up to date. Ran Visual C++ 2013 'repair' option, got a success message.


    The last 2 unexpected shutdowns have been code 133's. I found a thread that mentioned this is due to software conflicts?


    I've grabbed the minidumps only 2 files were present in the dir, MSinfo, and my system specs via Speccy. Linked below. If anyone can help me identify what programs might be conflicting, I'd greatly appreciate it. Let me know if I can provide anything further that might narrow the possibilities.

    • Did you get a STOP code?
    • Did you install any hardware or driver recently?
